LONDRES - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Reporting directly into the Managing Director, you will be responsible for all aspects of managing the most high profile, blue chip clients and business development; from closing business deals to managing client relationships. Main duties as Business Development Manager/ Online Senior Sales Executive : Winning new business and extensive business development. Managing key client accounts in the online media industry. Face to face presentations to potential and existing clients. Identifying sales opportunities and, as a result, initiating a sales strategy. Pursuing marketing leads from identification and initial contact to closing. Manage a portfolio of prospects, pipeline including existing clients. The ideal candidate for the Business Development Manager/ Online Senior Sales Executive role will be a successful sales professional. You will have 2-3 year’s experience of selling at senior and Director level in a B-2-B environment. Excellent knowledge of the online media industry is a distinct advantage, as is agency experience. You must be confident, friendly and have excellent networking skills – my client is particularly interested in candidates that have good industry contacts. LONDRES - COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER
This is a diverse Communications Manager / Head of Communications role; your main aim will be to manage and lead the company’s communications strategy and to raise the profile of the organisation. Managing a team of eight, your main duties as Communications Manager/ Head of Communications will be : - Planning and implementing an external and internal communications strategy - Raising awareness about the plight of suffering populations in the countries that they work - Raising professional standards in communications work - Lead and design a vision based around new technologies - Responsible for budget planning for the communications department
- Handling UK and international press relations. The Communications Manager is a key role for my client and therefore requires a candidate of the highest calibre. My client will consider a candidate with substantial experience as a Journalist, Communications Manager, Head of Communications or Communications Director. They will also consider a candidate with experience in a senior communications role in a NGO or well known charity. The Communications Manager/ Head of Communications will have superior written and presentations skills, work experience in the developing world, a commitment to humanitarian principles and excellent time management and people skills. Previous experience of managing staff is essential. The Communications Manager/ Head of Communications will also have fluent French language skills (both written and spoken), along with native level English.
