Ensuring the general and specified aims of the department Training & Education 5. Ensuring the general and specified aims of the Helpdesk 6. Ensuring that the given cost budgets and guidelines are kept 7. Ensuring that the employees of each subdivision are at any time qualified and motivated and be promoted by human resources development measures.
