Job Description : Sales Director for the Scandinavian region. · Report to AVP Sales North Europe · Covers the Scandics and Baltics regions · Develop the territory working direct with prospects and customer, partners and general market in order to achieve recognition and leadership in the territory. Penetrating new accounts (cold call) by creative means, talking to C’ level managers and developing relationship with operational level. · Follow sale process to closing. · Maintain existing account relationship and develop additional business from these accounts. Skill Required : Experienced in the region with minimum 5 years direct selling experience Has proven track record selling into Tier 1’s in the region (in related areas – Billing, CRM, RA) Can cover Scandics and Baltics and willing/able to travel Is fluent in English, Swedish Has a technical background as well as sales experience Understands the importance of relationships and balance/politics between IT and Business Has an entrepreneurial flair.
