Job Description : Manage and Develop Sales opportunities in the UK and Ireland. Sales shall be done Direct and through channels, the target is to grow sales dramatically (20M$). GM will report to the Company's Sales Director EMEA at the HQ. To work according to the Company's sales and marketing guidelines. Provide weekly, monthly and yearly reports. Control the office budget. Raise the Company's profile at the Market, working with PR agencies, technical press, participating in exhibitions and road shows. To help Distributors achieve marketing and business goals, develop the partners network by adding new distributors, educate their sales staff, regular visits and support. Skill Required : An experienced Telecommunication professional, with proven intensive sales experience to the main Telecom operators in the UK. Previous work experience for a local or foreign Telecommunication equipment vendor is an advantage. Familiar with the Telecom organizations in the UK. Experience working with other vendors. Ability to run CHANNELS (Partners), an office and staff. UK Academic title of Telecom and/or business administration; technical education; engineer is a great advantage. UK citizenship. Experienced and knowledgeable with IP, ATM and SDH networks. Experienced of working with distributors. Independent, energetic, initiative.
