ROMA - SALES DIRECTOR
Job Description : Sales Responsibility for Central East Europe and Central West Europe. Responsibility for initiating, developing and managing sales and business activity in the territory. Managing complex sales processes on projects level, which are conducted directly with telecom companies and infrastructure companies. Visiting potential customers to demonstrate products and obtain new business. Working to achieve and excel sales targets, driving the success of the role and the company forward. Conducting continuous negotiation processes with large business. Building strong and good relations with customers through mutual interests. Identifying and developing new sales opportunities in the market. Skill Required : Experience of 5-10 years in the relevant territories, should have done: Project/equipment sales and/or Networking equipment sales and/or Wi-Max sales. Background in sales to telephony/ infrastructure/ organizations – Mandatory. A driven individual with the ability and desire, to sell. A confident and determined approach, with a proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets. Mother tongue level of English - ability to conduct negotiations as well as verbal and written fluency, another language is a plus. Technological background – mandatory.
