Planning and executing Go To Market plans. Initiating and performing activities aimed at increasing the awareness and take up of the service through all relevant channels of the mobile operator, including Points Of Sale, sales representatives, indirect channels, Telesales, and Web. Examples for such activities including incentive programs, internal competitions, promotions and field marketing. Knowledge transfer activities - training sales and marketing personnel from both the mobile operator and handset manufacturers - thus transferring service knowledge to assist in promoting the service to the mobile operator’s end users, through the different channels. Skill Required : A results driven, self motivated individual with hands-on managerial sales experience, possessing deep knowledge of, and experience with, processes of promoting Value Added Services to the end users of mobile operators – including through point-of-sales methodologies, indirect sales force, web presence, sales force training and incentivizing, etc. An effective network of current business connections. Experience with mobile applications on a marketing and/or technical level. Excellent presentation skills; high level oral and written communication skills, ability to communicate confidently at all levels. Fluent in German and English. Experience in managing customers and customer relations within a commercial context. Effective team player. Willingness to travel frequently – extensive travel within Germany is expected, with occasional travel abroad. Benefits : Excellent retributive package for the right candidate.
